LIST OF PEOPLE AROUND ME:

TONY: he is my host father. he is not the natural father of micaela and cherise. but he lives in the same house with us. he is a snior river hand. the writing on his working clothes -greater wellington flood protection- probably explaines in the most simple way what he is doing.

FIONA: she is my host mother and works in a lawiers office.

MICAELA: she is my host sister. she is 17.5 years old and we are in the same form class.

CHERISE: is my other host sister who is 15 years old.

KATHERINA: is my third host sister she is from another father than micaela and cherise but grew up with the same father. she doesnt live at home anymore and owns a house with her boyfriend blair somewhere close to wellington.

NICK: is micaelas and cherises father. he lives with his partner 3 roads further away.

JOHNSON: is my friend from hong kong. he lives next street. he is an AFS student too and arrived just three days before i did. we always walked to the bus together and now that we have a bike we ride to school together.

ANNA: is a swiss student that goes to the same school as me and johnson. she was the only person who flew with me to wellington international airport. she lives about 6 bike-minutes away from me.

CLAIRE: is a friend of mine from the school. and ive been to her birthdayparty.

CHAHN(girl): is a good friend of claire.

SCOTT: is claires boyfriend. he is a good guy and loves cars.

SUE: is the AFS support coordinator of the upper hutt valley chapter. she is the person we have to ask if we want to do a trip on our own, or if we have any question about anything. she organises the monthly chapter-meetings. but she is also the person that sends us back home early when we do something forbidden.
